Portland, ME, June 2, 2010 – 4tell™ Solutions, LLC, (“4tell™”) announced today that it has partnered with Faithful+Gould to support the delivery of their strategic facility consulting (SFC) services for New York Presbyterian Hospital. Faithful+Gould, a U.S. based construction consulting and program management firm, in association with RMF Engineers of Baltimore, Maryland, was retained to complete a detailed facility infrastructure condition assessment of NYPH. Faithful+Gould used iPlan™, 4tell’s Sustainable Performance Governance Solution, as an integral component and delivery platform for the project.
Faithful+Gould delivers its SFC services through iPlan, a best-of-breed, web-based technology solution that enables F+G to plan, capture and analyze information as it conducts the assessments and asset inventories for the Hospital. Faithful+Gould will use iPlan and the evaluation data to establish baseline metrics that it can use to measure and analyze the priorities to prepare an eight-year capital reinvestment program for infrastructure repair and renewal projects.
New York Presbyterian Hospital has four campuses and eighty-four buildings encompassing more than 6.5-million square feet of health care, clinical and medical office building space.
In developing the infrastructure program, Faithful+Gould is utilizing iPlan to prepare the logistics scenarios, schedules, realistic cost estimates and budgets to prioritize capital expenditure and maintenance projects over the life of the program.
