The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) was looking for a way to better manage its facility investments, building inspections and capital budgets. It turned to 4tell's Sustainable Performance Governance Solution, iPlan™, to meet its needs. With the iPlan solution, all relevant infrastructure and facility capital planning and budgeting information for 2,800+ state-owned buildings is now centralized in one database, accessible by multiple State agencies via the internet.
The required operating information and analysis is delivered through automated reporting processes. This central repository includes both current facility condition assessment data as well as historical information, which was previously paper-based or in disbursed electronic format. It also provides other comprehensive critical data including all location, asset detail, condition, capital plan items, and project and funding data.
 
As a result of the iPlan solution, the ADOA has:
